Problem
Invoice line has "np II" rate - provision of services outside the country referred to in Art. 100 sec. 1 point 4 of the Act (P_12 = "np II"), but the summary is missing bucket P_13_9 (services outside country net value). This rule does not apply to simplified invoices (UPR) or correction invoices.
How to Fix
Recalculate the invoice summary. For "np II" items, add net bucket P_13_9. If the document is a simplified invoice (UPR) or a correction invoice, this rule requires no action.
