14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with KSeF Guard. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date — no detailed justification required. This is a voluntary guarantee, offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable EU and Polish law.
Eligibility & Renewals
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial purchase. Each subscription renewal carries its own 14-day window, starting from the renewal charge date — contact us within 14 days of a renewal to request a refund for that period.
Once the 14-day window for a given period has passed, that period is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We recommend trying the Free plan first to confirm compatibility before purchasing. A refund may be declined in cases of evident abuse (for example, a payment dispute or chargeback filed for the same charge).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our Merchant of Record (DodoPayments) support, or email us directly at [email protected], including your order number. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
Processing Time & Deactivation
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days; the exact timeframe depends on your payment provider and bank. Your paid license is deactivated when the refund is processed, after which the application reverts to the Free plan. Any local data and exported reports remain on your machine and are not affected.
