Problem
Invoice line has "np I" rate - outside territory type I (P_12 = "np I"), but the summary is missing bucket P_13_8 (outside territory net value). This rule does not apply to simplified invoices (UPR), correction invoices, or margin-scheme invoices (when bucket P_13_11 or P_13_12 is present, P_13_8 is not required).
How to Fix
Recalculate the invoice summary. For "np I" items, add net bucket P_13_8. If the document is a simplified invoice (UPR), a correction invoice, or uses the margin scheme (P_13_11 or P_13_12 is present), this rule requires no action.
