“[KSeF Guard heuristic] BUS-193 has no direct basis in the VAT Act — the Act requires an invoice to contain the issue date (Art. 106e sec. 1 item 1) and the payment date as an optional element, but does not regulate their relative ordering. Guard enforces minimum logical consistency: payment date >= issue date. A violation of this relation is a typical signal of data error (e.g. swapped years or months).”
