Problem
Invoice is missing the buyer data section (Podmiot2). The evaluator checks only for Podmiot2 element existence — identification details are verified by rule BUS-121.
How to Fix
Add a Podmiot2 section with buyer data. The minimum requirement is element presence — identification fields (NIP/BrakID) are checked separately by rule BUS-121.
